He has worked with ASA & Associates / Corporate Catalyst India Private Limited as Senior in Business Advisory Division. Experienced in managing a wide spectrum of finance & accounts activities encompassing finalization of accounts as well as compilation of Book of Accounts. He also possesses hands on experience in Incorporation of subsidiaries of various multinational companies under the provisions of FEMA and RBI. He also understands Audit (internal/ propriety), Due – Diligence, Stock reconciliation requirements of an Entity.
